The permanent shelf for executive documents
Decks, memos, video and links on one shelf, with one permanent link. Every change is on the timeline. No more re-sending files.
Board pack split across 14 email threads and 3 Drive folders. Nobody knows which deck is final.
One shelf, one permanent link, and a timeline of every revision.
Free to start: 3 shelves, no card. Pro is $24/month.
A shelf you can actually see
Deck, memo, video walkthrough, social post, live spreadsheet: each one sits on the shelf as a card you can open in place. The timeline next to it shows who added, replaced, shared or commented on what, and when.
How the timeline works
Every add, replacement, share and comment is a timestamped entry. Newest first.
Replacing a file keeps the earlier version. Open any timeline entry to see the item as it was then, and restore it in one click.
Comments sit on the shelf, next to the items, so the discussion stays with the documents.
This isn't just an activity feed. It's the record of what was shared, when, and by whom.
Use case
Maya is a CFO. Two weeks before each board meeting, she builds a shelf: the board deck, the runway memo, the CEO's video walkthrough and a link to the live financials.
She sends one permanent link to five board members and the auditors.
When the deck moves from v2 to v3, she replaces it on the shelf. The link stays the same, and v2 stays on the timeline.
No re-sending. No “which version is final?” Next quarter she reuses the same shelf.
Permissions and permanence
Trust
Private by default. Every request is checked against who owns the shelf and who it's shared with.
Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
We don't train AI models on your files.
Stored in the United States (US East) on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.
Send one link once. Everyone always sees the current version, and nobody has to ask for a file again.
